Sigma Safety takes your privacy very seriously.   For example;

• We will never automatically add your contact info to our marketing lists (email or otherwise).  We will only add you to our list with your explicit permission, as mandated by the Canadian Anti-Spam legislation.  Exceptions may exist where we obtain your contact information through an association where we are a member (such as the BC Fire Chiefs Association) and you are also a member, and the Association has explicitly given permission on your behalf.
   
• You may unsubscribe from any of our mailings or communication at any time.  Simply contact us via any of the various contact methods and we will remove you immediately.  This applies to email, physical mail, text messages, or any other form of marketing communication.   Note that be default, we will still keep your information on file for administrative (billing, shipping notifications, etc.) communication, unless you specifically want us to remove your entire contact record from our systems.
   
• Your information is NEVER shared with a third party...like, ever.
   
• Our servers are hosted within Canada.  Our main contact management and ERP (business software) is located in a secure server room in our facility, not hosted in 'the cloud'.  This gives us complete control over your data and not subject to the whims of large corporations' server-relocation / server-sharing decisions.

  By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Sigma Safety Corp.. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Cell Carrier Message and data rates may apply.  Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• We do not send marketing campaigns via SMS
• We do not charge any fees for sending SMS messages, though your carrier may
• We communicate via SMS only as needed to fulfill your request or order, and only if you prefer communication via SMS
