Many of our items are special order and custom. While we wish we could offer Costco/Walmart return policies, unfortunately we are not able to. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but here’s the fine print anyway…
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, refund or credit. This assumes products are new, unused, in the original factory packaging. Products that are used or scratched (unless damaged in transit) cannot be returned.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.
We don’t believe in charging a fee just to put the item back on our shelf. However, if factory packaging is missing you may be charged a restocking fee (we have to buy new packaging from the manufacturer). In some cases, manufacturers will accept return of equipment but will charge us a restocking fee. We will pass that charge along to you. Often this is 10-20% of the value of the item, but varies by manufacturer.
Armour products cannot be returned unless defective. Due to the nature of armour products, we are unable to track what happens to them after you receive them, so for safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on armour. Alterations are different. Contact us for details if you need your soft armour altered.
Special-order items cannot be returned and cannot be cancelled after ordering. These include;
- made-to-measure items (soft body armour, etc.)
- custom made items such as lightbars
- special-order items such as infrequently used parts, discontinued parts, custom parts, etc.
If you catch us quick enough after you order one of the above items, we’ll do our best to cancel the order. If the manufacturer has already started producing the item, it cannot be cancelled.
